Need help writing a query! We need ideas!?

I am writing a query about why I would be good to be editor a journal to help capture the attention of women who are in a Mans dominated the sport of fishing. I am very knowledgeable in the subject area I am writing, not only about how to write a query to him. I need to know the structure of a query, what exatly it is and what its supposed to be doing. Virtually INSTRUCTIONS Write a query =) Something to make it a little easier for me to write.

Your query letter is a basic page, three paragraphs, typed, double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman, and (this is the most important) to the first two lines of the court more weight than you have ever written. If the agent can not connect in the first two lines, is passed to the next presentation and puts hers in the trash. Attn. Mr. John Johnson: [] First paragraph: "I I'm [your name], "What I can offer distinct advantage to this journal, what skills I have to bear that would make me a member for another youth team hopefully. [Second paragraph]: Your bio (which refers to the experience that benefit from the newsstand.) [] Third paragraph: basically reiterates the main points in the first paragraph. Conclude by thanking the man for his time and saying something like "I'm fully prepared to start work immediately or at their discretion." Most of respect, Elsa Van Helzing [Or whatever his name is?]
