What's a fun fast way for experience and great rewards in Farming or Runecrafting on Runescape?

You see I've been getting bored of fishing like crazy and I was just wondering what's a fun fast way to get xp in farming or runecrafting that has great rewards?

the quickest and best way to train farming is go to an allotment like catherby for example. plant the highest lvl things in these allotment, herb and flower patches and while they are growing go to a bank. withdraw a giant compost mound pouch around 300 generate compost scrolls and as many buckets as you can hold. now go to the compost bin, summon your compost mound and use generate compost scroll on the bin. the bin will now be full then use your buckets on the bin to withdraw compost and store it with the tool leprechaun. attend to your crops whenever they are diseased or need harvesting. repeat over and over again. it took me a week to get from lvl 35 farming to lvl 50 farming this way.
