Fishing License Plates
Why would someone steal a plate?
I come back from fishing and I realize my plate of my car is not strange.
A cover the fact that they have stolen a car. They steal a car and is reported as stolen plates has on him. Change their food dishes that can not be noticed missing yet. Now, when the plate is run, it's clean again ... At least for a short time.
