Does anyone have any plans for a small rowboat that my partner and I can make over the Christmas holidays?

My partner and I wanted to make a boat for a while and I was informed by another response that would be a little too hard and costly. So, does anyone have any plans (instructions step by step would be great) that would be interested in, we're both 13 and need to be too easy to make and very practical. We intend to take it out of the bay and that need space for rowing and Fishing Rods (food compartment would be useful too.) Please, if anyone has something that is easy to build and only lead us to Christmas please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! response
