Looking frog / fish life vest seen at Walmart!?

I should have bought when I saw it ..... I found only life jackets for children that were in vogue as belts with attached arm floats. The back was nothing more than a buckle that held and the rectangle in front was a nice fish, frog, or face duck. They looked so comfortable for the Coast Guard ship and were approved! Anyone have one they can share the mark with me?

Please try another Walmart. In addition, check all our store-store swimming stuff into three separate areas, toys, seasonal, and the sports section! Good luck! It Sorry, could not give a brand name!
