How is the locker room at ur middle school?

im going this year and i was home schooled for 6th grade and im pretty tall for my age so i have a better advantage at middle school than 6th graders but i am really nervous about the locker room because i dont like to show much skin and i do have time to work out(about 3 months) so i will be more confident about humility but how is it there and do you HAVE to use the showers there and if you dont have to do you know any way to not smell like and rotten fish?PLEASE IM REALY NERVOUS and if it helps i live in pensacola,Florida and its Workman middle school

I think it's time for your parents to go have a chat with the gym teacher. Explain your situation to the teacher. They need to be sensitive to what you're addressing. If that doesn't work, take it to the principal. The greatest consuming fear that all adolescents face is embarrassment and humiliation, and if they can work to aleve your fears, then you will have a much better experience.

Ask for help. Be a voice for yourself. Don't take this sitting down and don't let it keep you up at night. Address the problem so it can be resolved so you aren't anxious any more.
