I just had a simple question. I lived in Japan for a while and it was there keeping fish (mainly tetra neon tetras and a few others.) The tetras were only about $ 1 or $ 4 for 10. I just returned to the U.S. and was going to be online somefish (since I am a fish store near) I realized that prices were higher. Neon cost more than a dollar. Also, the diamond was led neon $ 7 when he could get in Japan for $ 2. Is this because I am trying to buy online? would be cheaper if I go to a fish store near by? I was wondering, because everything else seemed to be more expensive in Japan, such as televisions, games, etc, but the prices of fish, both fresh and salt actually seemed cheaper to buy there online here.
