Old Fashion Fall / Holiday Recipes (but not limited to fall / stay)

Here are some recipes from my vintage collection. Both revenues are often seen as the fall and holiday food. However, both are good for all time. Turkey dressing can also be used with chicken (or turkey) throughout the year. During these periods of high prices of food, turkey and chicken are almost always good buy. A meal can be made on any of these items to feed the birds of the family very economical. The pumpkin is a vegetable that I could eat more often. It is healthy, tasty, and often goes overlooked.

OLD FASHION TURKEY DRESSING

This recipe is an old church cookbook. No date nor the people.

12 cups bread crumbs
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 1 / 2 cups chopped celery
4 eggs well beaten
1 / 2 c. teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp teaspoon dried sage
poultry seasoning to taste (a lot)
1 quart milk
giblets chopped
broth

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Melt the butter in a heavy skillet. Add onion and celery to the pan and cook until tender. Put the breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Add crumbs celery and onion. Add eggs, baking powder, salt, pepper, sage, and poultry seasoning and mix. Add milk, broth and gilblets enough to make the mixture too wet. Loosely pack the turkey. If the broiler, sprinkle with the juice from the turkey.
If you Please note: You can save time, especially during the holidays, cut the onion and celery a day or two earlier. In a plastic bag or container and store up to 3 days.

2 squash
1 pound ground beef
1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon coffee
2 blocks acid, comparison and chopped (about 2 cups)
1 / 4 cup raisins
salt
4 tablespoons tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Wash and halve the squash. Remove all seeds and fibers centers squash. Place the halves cut side down on baking sheet. Add water to a depth of 1.4 inches. Bake uncovered until squash is tender, 30 to 40 minutes. Meanwhile, brown meat and drain fat. Remove from heat and add 1 1 / 2 c. teaspoon salt, cinnamon, apples and raisins. Turn squash cut the pieces, drain any remaining liquid from the pan. Scoop pulp from shells, leaving a 1 / 4 inch thick on each wall. shells season with salt. Mash the pulp and stir into meat mixture. Place the mixture in the tanks. Sprinkle a tablespoon of brown sugar on each and drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, until apples are tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
NOTE: If you prefer, 01.02 replace pork sausage book in bulk for 1 / 2 pound ground beef beef.

gold vintage jewelry party ivory bridesmaid shoes from me?

My wedding is in March, the bridesmaids dresses are tea length and sage. I was thinking about having to wear heels, ivory peep toe of your choice (can not agree on an exact shoe.) What color is acceptable jewelry for them to use? In fact already bought them each a different golden era necklace to wear for their gifts. The Clash of gold jewelry with ivory shoes? My jewelry be a set of pearls.

Since the jewelry is usually worn on the neck or ears, antique gold jewelry would be useful no matter what shoes are alike. Might be a good idea for shoes to be discreet, so the jewelry will be ads that do not, the shoes.
