World of Warcaft Fishing Extravaganza? Please HELP!

Ok, so in WoW theres an STV fishing thing. I made a rogue young 19 and I need the boots and hat from the fishing spot. Everyone says you do not need to win to get them tell you that getting a fish a lot and you turn it in. fish that are needed for them? And where did you get this quest? Where do you deliver? Please help! Any other advice will be useful! Thanks!

try using a spinner bait. first you have to stop playing and go to a lake or river.
